Q) Do you ship to .........?
A) Yes, I ship worldwide
Q) When will I receive my order?
A) Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days. Once shipped you will receive an email notification (with a tracking number where possible) and the delivery duration from that point will be as follows:
UK: 1-3 business days
EUROPE: 7-14 business days (PLEASE NOTE: COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU WILL BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS TAX)
UNITED STATES & CANADA: 7-14 business days
AUSTRALIA: 14-28 business days
REST OF WORLD: 7-28 business days
*PLEASE NOTE: All UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class Signed, all international orders are sent tracked wherever possible, unless requested otherwise.
Q) When will .............. be back in stock?
A) It probably wont as I don't replicate previous designs that have been sold as one of a kind. However I'm always happy to hear suggestions for similar styles I can make in future.
Q) What payment methods do you accept?
A) All major cards and PayPal are accepted.
Q) How much does this item cost in USD/CAD/AUD etc etc?
A) You can convert to any currency using this currency converter
Q) Why are all the sizes small only?/Do you make bigger sizes?
A) Most items are one of a kind and are smallish sizes as they as modelled by myself. However I am often releasing multi-size options for pants, leggings & shorts which can be seen here.
Q) Are you looking for models?
A) No, it is much more efficient for me to model my designs myself.
Q) Do you take custom requests.
A) No, due to long term health problems resulting from stress I am now limiting my time spent creating garments to a part time basis only and therefore my time will be used working on the clothing for sale on my website only.
Q) Do you accept returns?
A) I will accept returns under the following circumstances
*You email [email protected] to first let me know you wish to return an item
*You return the good(s) unused within 14 days of receipt, in immaculate condition and well packaged so that the items dont damage in transit
*Only the cost and the goods will be refunded, not the cost of the original postage paid
*You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods
Q) How do I wash my items?
A) Most items should be handwashed in warm (not hot) water with detergent for delicates. Item's made from thicker leatherette should be dry cleaned or wiped clean only.
Q) Do you do collaborations?
A) No
Q) I'm a model/ambassador/in a band/about to go on tour, can I have some free stuff in exchange for promoting My Little Halo?
