Although this item is new, it is being sold as second hand due to a fabric defect which can cause the PVC to peel away from the backing fabric. These are still made to my same high standard, just with an unfortunate fabric choice. You will likely get some use out of these items, however they do not have a long life expectancy, which is reflected in the heavily knocked down prices. For this reason, items sold as seconds are non-refundable. Please keep this in mind when making a decision about purchasing.
